WDR/Funkhaus Europa
Has been in radio for over 20 years, worked with alternative and pop stations and discovered world wide music professionally in 1999, when WDR Funkhaus Europa went on air- a 24-hour magazine programme devoted to the popular, urban side of world music. Tom is responsible for daytime programming and is editor and presenter of various shows. Funkhaus Europa also serves as a major cultural sponsor in the west of Germany, recording and staging many concerts and festivals and helping the local music community to grow.
