DJ Shantel explores the boundaries of his self-created universe with the discovery of a new heavenly body in his musical solar system. Planet Paprika is evidently populated by various oompah-based life forms, all heavily dependent upon tubas, thrumming balalaikas and common-time rhythms for their day-to-day existence. The Euro-pop style police are longer manning the barriers, having thrown up their hands and discarded their helmets.
