The Venezualan/Mexican/American/French conglomerate that is Chicha Libre took over a bar in Brooklyn, New York, to record their new album, featuring vintage rock guitars, fat analogue synths, percussive explosions, antique mellotrons and Latin beats. The result is a most pleasing hotchpotch of musical eccentricity.
