The art-bandits the Kronos Quartet team up with the 'Hendrix of accordion' Pohjonen and a percussionist/electrickery specialist to produce a compelling, majestic, hypnotic work. Scored for electric accordion, string quartet and devices, it began life as a performance piece with visuals, but but works magnificently without them.
