The hitherto-undiscovered sound of electric Siam. Bangkok boomed during the sixties and seventies, attracting virtuoso musicians from all over the country. Record shops flourished, catering for the demands of the migrants, and musical hybrids emerged, blending the music from the country (Luk Thung) with electric urban styles (Luk Krung). And here they are, in all their obscure glory.
